We'd like to thank our patients who arrive on time to their appointments. We (and your fellow patients) really appreciate that special effort.
At HealthWise Clinic, we pride ourselves on our record of providing appointment times for most of our patients at their most preferred times, whilst at the same time being able to allow for emergency appointments when you really need us (e.g. for back pain, colds & flus, etc.).
To do this, we do require a reasonable period of notice if you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, so that we can offer your appointment time to someone who really needs it.
Please be advised that any patient who has missed or cancelled an appointment and not advised us within 24 hours prior to the appointment will be required to provide full payment for their booked service.
We don't want you to have to pay any missed appointment fees so please:
- Call our friendly reception staff on 07 3839 1077 at least 24 hours before your appointment if you need to reschedule or cancel. If it's a weekend or public holiday, just leave a message on our machine.
- Email the clinic on email@example.com at least 24 hours before your appointment if you need to reschedule or cancel.
- Sometimes emergencies happen. Please let us know when you can.
